Benefits going to Briggs Hill

Motorcycle Charity Run for the SKI-HI Institute
The SKI-HI Institute is a non-profit organization at Utah State University in Logan, Utah whose mission is to enhance
the lives of young children with sensory disabilities and their families.
In conjunction with the Charity Bike run, a 100-mile mini-run will be held in Northern Utah, on Sunday, July 5th, 2009.
At the end of the mini-run, enjoy the evening with cowboy music from Coyote Moon.
KRCL Listener Appreciation Picnic and Briggs Hill Fundraiser
Toe Tapping Tommy Tucker, Academy of Western Artist award winning deejay, and host of the AWA & Western Music Association
award winning Western Heritage Show, KRLC 1350 AM, Lewiston ID, has announced that the 2009 KRLC listener appreciation picnic will also act as a fund-raiser
benefit for Briggs Hill with a quilt auction and silent auction. The picnic and western entertainment show will take place
at 3:00 p.m. on July 18, 2009, at Pioneer Park in Lewiston, ID.
The KRLC customer appreciation picnic is an annual event with entertainment provided by the musicians and poets that
have been featured on the Western Heritage Show. Bring you lawn chairs and enjoy all the performers at the park's bandshell.
Hot dogs and cold drinks will be available.
The KRLC Quilter's Club has also made us a beautiful Quilt to be auctioned off by Hall Olson and also made one for Briggs.
They are some talented and big-hearted women. Come out and help make this a great event for the Hill family and support
your choice of music on KRLC!
Performers will include (among others): Smoke Wade, Nevada; Coyote Joe Sartin, Oregon;
Bodie Dominguez and Jim Aasen both of Washington; as well as, Shiloh Sharrard and Rod Erickson
